Great experience - I have very curly hair which hairdressers usually seem either not to know what to do with, or they treat my hair like straight/wavy hair which just doesn't work well and ends up with it looking a bit triangular/frizzy. Beth herself has beautiful curly hair and knew exactly what product to use, how to cut it and had a special curly brush that styled it really nicely - very happy with the result.

Loved my experience at Frankie salon. Was able to go during the work day and they were so wonderful and didn’t mind me working. Codie did a beautiful cut and colour, and despite having to quickly pop back for a toner around my ears, they were so receptive, happy and willing to make sure my hair was exactly to my liking. Thank you to James for my beautiful blow dry and toner!! Will be back very soon.

I had a fantastic experience at the salon today with Tony! He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and the end result was exactly what I hoped for. I have very thick hair, and now it feels light, easy to style, and suits me perfectly! The salon itself has such a chic, relaxed atmosphere too — everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be a regular :)

Just wanted to give a shout out to Codie, she is the best. Was so bored of my hair but nervous about getting a new style - over a couple of sessions she talked me through what she thought would work and gave me a super cool cut that I am always getting compliments on. Had to move from Melbourne and so sad I can't continue to see her :( she's a gem!!
